With decades of industry experience, Chris has led retained searches for CEOs, board members, and senior executives across regulatory, quality, operations, and marketing. He has partnered with top-tier manufacturers as well as high-growth innovators, bringing strategic insight and operational depth to every engagement.

Earlier in his career, Chris led a business transformation that returned a company from a $24 million loss to profitability within two years. That experience continues to shape his belief that the right leadership does more than fill a role. It drives outcomes that matter.
